The Bower Reuse & Repair Centre were awarded a grant of $19,940 for the More Than a Chair project that operates in Marrickville, NSW, Australia. The project aims to provide furniture and household essentials to women who are re-establishing a home after escaping homelessness or domestic abuse, or a period of financial insecurity. The grant will be used for costs associated with recycling furniture and goods, and to fund project administration and deliveries.
