On Sunday 21 July, around 25 100 Women members and prospective members gathered at Zamia Café for our monthly 100 Women Connect event. The stunning setting overlooking the lake and picnic area of the beautiful Kings Park Synergy Parklands was enjoyed by everyone.
There were lots of discussions about our upcoming Half the Sky screening and panel discussion on 12 August, the 100 Women grants process, the new sub committees being set up (grants and events) and more generally about what can be achieved through 100 Women. It was wonderful as always to speak to like-minded women (and one man!) who are passionate about investing in women and girls and who believe that by coming together we can make a difference.

Our next 100 Women Connect event will be held at Leaf Bean Machine in Bibra Lake from 6.30pm where the 100 Women Advisory Committee will be sharing more about the 2014 grants process. All are welcome including members, friends and supporters.
