Jane Cormack is a seasoned product and marketing professional, specialised in leading digital transformation programmes that deliver better experiences, increased organisational efficiencies and scalable outcomes. With over fifteen years’ working in senior leadership roles in Australia and the UK, Jane has directed major initiatives in organisations like Fairfax Media, the British Business Bank and Tata Steel UK. More recently, she has been working on tech solutions to improve gender equity in the workplace as Chief Product Officer for WORK180 and she is currently Roadmap Director at Macquarie Bank. She previously served on the Board for the Scottish youth charity, Light Up Learning and holds both an MBA from The Open University UK and a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) from The University of Sydney.
Jane hopes to pay forward the privilege and support she has enjoyed throughout her career by working with the Board to scale the impact of 100 Women.
