Kim Maloney

Kim Maloney is a passionate finance leader whose career has seamlessly integrated insolvency, audit, business partnering, and financial control across diverse sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Financial Control at SRG Global, Kim previously implemented numerous process initiatives during her time as Financial Controller at Wesfarmers and in senior finance roles at Australia Post, NAB and EY, where she consistently delivered transformative results. Kim also spent a year volunteering in Melbourne and Vietnam helping refugees and underprivileged children.
 
Beyond her finance acumen, Kim is a passionate advocate for workplace culture, chairing social committees, co-founding a women’s empowerment initiative, and spearheading numerous fundraising events. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance, and being a Chartered Accountant, Kim combines her extensive knowledge with a passion for making a difference, both in finance and the community.
 

When asked why she is joining the 100 Women Board, Kim said “I want to be part of a community which is making a difference to support and empower females of all ages from different backgrounds. Their stories deserve to be told and their voices deserve to be heard.”
