The role of 100 Women Volunteer Committee members is to work under the guidance of their designated sponsor from the Non-Executive Board, to design, implement and deliver services and strategies to help 100 Women achieve its goals of sustainability and growth.

Operations Committee Chair and Finance
Pam holds degrees in Business Management and during her career has worked in improving business function. In particular increasing awareness of the need for diversity within organisations to maximise performance. She headed up the Diversity Council and received the Chairman’s Award for commencing the Women’s Network for the Chevron Australasian Business Unit. Her interest and passion for diversity and equality for women was carried on through her involvement with Soroptimist International South Perth as Treasurer and then President.
Marketing Committee Co-Chair
Ami is a Digital Marketing Account Manager for award-winning digital performance agency, Bonfire. She joins the 100 Women Marketing Committee with a well-developed knowledge of marketing coupled with a specialty in digital cut-through. Ami places a high personal importance on philanthropy and giving back, finding it intrinsically rewarding. Throughout her career, Ami has run many successful fundraising campaigns and helped countless businesses find their digital voice. She plans to add to the successful delivery of 100 Women’s message in her role as Marketing Co-Chair.

Marketing Committee Co-Chair
Trish has nearly 20 years’ experience in marketing and IT, having worked in business process improvement, web and app development, and digital marketing projects in Australia, UK, US and Canada. Currently a programme and project manager on a number of IT projects in the education, FinTech and the digital marketing space, Trish’s passion for innovation, digital transformation, customer journey, UX and women in technology brings an added dimension to the 100 Women leadership team. As Co-Chair of the Marketing Committee, Trish looks forward to assisting 100 Women grow in size and impact, sharing her enthusiasm for women’s welfare, social responsibility and community involvement along the journey.
Trish holds a BCom in Accounting, an MBA, Grad Dip in Marketing, and Grad Dip in Software Programming.
Kristy Rodwell is a Senior Grants Development Officer at Lotterywest. She has worked across many industries in the corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors. She has a Bachelor of Business Manager, a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment and a Masters in Social Investment and Philanthropy.
With a career spanning over 20 years across international aid and research development, Michelle has extensive strategic grant making, writing, and management experience in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors. She is currently the Manager, International Networks at the University of Western Australia.
Cate is the Chief Funding Manager at Perth-based education not-for-profit Teach Learn Grow. Cate brings experience in marketing, community and corporate fundraising, events, sponsorship, and stakeholder management to support 100 Women in its mission. She has a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia to practice law in 2015.
Grace Mugabe (CPA) is an experienced management accountant who is passionate about the economic empowerment of girls and women. Following her tenure as a Senior Accountant for an industry multinational corporation, she developed a boutique consultancy with aim of providing financial literacy services and resources as well as bookkeeping and accounting services. Her consultancy continues to attract government, schools, boards, private industry and community clients.
A committed advocate for community involvement, Grace has served on numerous Non Profit boards. She has been on the 100 Women Advisory Board and chaired the Audit and Finance Committee of Ishar Multicultural Women’s Health Center. Behind the Brands, a community for female entrepreneurs in Western Australia has named Grace their ambassador.
Katie brings a unique perspective to the financial planning profession, with over 20 years of personal investment experience, 15 years of those working specifically with women and financial literacy, Katie has also gained valuable insight as a business adviser for The Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
With a strong focus on strategic financial advice and planning, Katie is an effective communicator and influencer in the industry, and prides herself in helping her clients achieve their personal financial objectives.
A popular speaker at events relating to women and finance, Katie runs regular workshops and is widely published on matters relating to wealth and financial management.
Katie holds a Degree in Business (Finance), an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, and is in the process of completing her CFP (Certified Financial Planner) Certification.
Belinda has more than twenty years professional experience in business operations, project management and training across a range of organisations, she runs a successful small business providing onsite and virtual support to businesses globally. After a number of years overseas and on the east coast of Australia, Belinda returned home to Perth this year, she is passionate about education for all and enjoys working with individuals and organisations at all levels to help achieve their goals.
Melissa Beamish has 20 years of experience in events and operational management having started her career within the hospitality sector. Prior to her current role as Event Sales Manager at PAV Events, she was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Rydges Perth. Melissa is a mother of 2 high school aged sons and has been facilitating the 100 Women events for just over 3 years. Events are her passion and she loves playing her part on the Committee as Event Co-ordinator.
Nicole is an international tax and consulting manager at Deloitte. She has over 5 years of experience in assisting companies in managing complex tax issues, the project manager on large global projects and managing key client relationships and stakeholder engagement. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Law and Commerce.
She also enjoys working with a number of not-for-profit organisations including, the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation (as it was formerly known) for approximately 13 years, the Deloitte Foundation and more recently, Clubs WA. Her philosophy is that if you are living a comfortable healthy life with the time or skills to benefit others in the community, you should seize that opportunity.
Bianca’s purpose is simple: connecting people to purpose to drive high performance which has led her to start Humanitas HR Solutions.
Bianca loves working with teams and her background as an executive leader along with working in some of the best companies across Australia enables her to support your team to achieve business success through culture.
With over 20 years’ experience gained across industries as diverse as Mining, Banking, Financial Services and Retail, Bianca have a strong interest in the Future of Work and how we build sustainable workplaces for the future and the importance of culture in creating competitive advantage.
Tim is our resident volunteer IT support and systems admin. As a Service Desk Analyst for ASG Group, Tim’s experience of on-the-ground support is a welcome resource for the 100 Women organisation. Passionate about philanthropy and volunteering, Tim is pleased to be able to help us through our transformation and system upgrades.
Tim holds a BComm in Business Information Systems and Technology from Curtin University.
Alene has over 15 years’ experience in corporate advisory roles in Australia and internationally. Currently the Commercial Director at Fini Group, Alene has worked for Tourism Western Australia and Ernst & Young and is an alumni of Cornell University. Alene brings her wealth of knowledge and experience to 100 Women and is currently overseeing the implementation of our new CRM system.
Sheryl brings a new perspective to the 100 Women committee with her background in PR and Asian Studies. With many years’ of experience in compliance and stakeholder management, Sheryl is a valuable member of the 100 Women operations and marketing committees.
Suzanne is the Marketing Manager at Wesfarmers land management technology startup Decipher. Over 15 years experience in marketing, Suzanne has worked across physical products and SaaS, predominately within the agriculture sector, specialising in strategic planning, brand, affiliate marketing, research and product experience. She has a passion for creating and managing brands that solve problems and focus on a sustainable and harmonious future.
Julia is a volunteer at 100 Women while completing her Masters of Science in Psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has been volunteering for several organisations where she has worked with children, refugees and elderly people. Julia was an intern at a university for a psychological research study, and for a bank in the human resources department. Within her studies of psychology, Julia’s focus has been in Organisational Psychology and Human Resources.
Julia comes from Germany and has also lived, worked and studied in Australia, Austria and Canada. She hopes to bring some valuable skills and time to help 100 Women’s mission of making a positive impact for women and girls around the world.
